I was watching a cartoon with my kids called "Shaggy and Scooby Doo Get A Clue" and it had a character named Dr. Phibes that made me laugh, so I named this tune after him. When I gave the pieces to Tyson and Jeff to work on, Jeff thought I meant Dr. Phineas Phibes, an old movie villain played by Vincent Price. Jeff came up with an evil vocal part sung in Portugese that loosely translates to "I will kill your family and destroy all humanity". So, umm..don't read too much into my song titles, just enjoy the music!
